Our fair trade acai bowls are a traditional Brazilian breakfast and make for a great, healthy bite to start your day, recover after a workout, or as a little pick-me-up. We use the finest, organic acai available, topping it off with a wide array of ingredients from crunchy, gluten-free granola to fresh fruits we prep daily. Our acai is as real and as pure as it comes. It's ethically-sourced, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and contains no fillers or preservatives. If you're looking for a specific flavor or have specific nutritional needs, we also have blended smoothie bowls, allowing you to customize your base as much as you want and need.
Here at Sol Bol, you have the option to keep your bowl as simple as you'd like or to dress it up to the nines. Tropical, sweet, nutty, crunchy, chocolatey—whatever your palatte, preference, or craving is, we have numerous bowl add-ons for you to craft your perfect acai bowl. Or, select from one of our signature bowls if you're not sure what combination of flavors or toppings to get.
If you're not feeling up for acai, we have a variety of other bases for you to pick from. We offer no- to low-sugar vegan sorbets, housemade chia pudding, and Greek yogurt.

We love Downtown Visalia and are humbled by our supportive crustomer base. A common goal amongst our staff is to create a positive impact in the Central Valley by providing a healthy alternative. We see it as our mission to provide unique menu items that'll leave tummies happy and full. It all starts by passionately crafting our menu items with the freshest, finest of ingredients.
When we have the option, we buy local and Central Valley-grown ingredients first. Simple is best. We serve real cheese, unbleached bread, all-natural fruits & veggies, and meats without nitrates. Our acai and vegan sorbets are organic and soy-free. We are not a fast food restaurant; our goal is to serve real food as fast as we can.
